We manage each property we own. Because of this, we are able to better dedicate our time to find tenants that fit into our homes. We experience more positive interactions with our residents on the daily and install trust. Our properties continue to stay up-to-date and are as prestine as opening day.

Our model includes housing a design team on staff. Not only do our new properties include the latest trends, but our current homes are maintained and contiuously improving. We are able to continue post occupancy evaluations so that every new home has improvements that we have discovered over time.
